Damian is from Clogher, a beautiful scenic part of Northern Ireland nestled between the border counties of Monaghan and Tyrone beneath the Slieve Beagh Mountains. After graduating from agricultural college, Damian returned to his family dairy farm in his native Clogher Valley. He became a successful Ayrshire and Dairy Shorthorn breeder. From an early age, Damian showed an intense love for travel, especially in his native Ireland. He became a member of various local historical and literary societies. He took it upon himself to study and learn all he could about his country's history, politics, agriculture, and geology. In the 1990's, he took the courageous step to diversify from dairy farming to become an Irish tour guide. As well as touring throughout Ireland, Damian has lead groups to many European destinations since the early 1990's - the UK, France, Spain and as far south as Sicily.
